Stork Senior Application Analyst will work on Project for CPN Connect and Analytics add on module as well as provide support for Epic 2017 Stork Upgrade.

Work collaboratively with the GE as well as application team during our install of the CPN Connect and Analytics add on module to our current CPN platform. Perform analysis of necessary application modifications and work with appropriate client associates, customer, and vendors to coordinate modifications of Stork Module during upgrade to Epic 2017. Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for applications. Resolve critical issues independently as necessary. Interpret end user requirements to help determine optimal solution and to identify potential issues related to user requests. Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system. Create and execute test plans.  Document all outcomes of testing. Create reports. Provide assistance to Application Analysts and other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory:

• Must have current (2016) Certification in Epic Stork and be proficient in Epic ClinDoc application and build tools
• Project Management skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflict, maintain issues list, and manage a project plan).
• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
• Experience dealing with end users
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Candidate must be onsite

Desired:

• Programming or other technical skills beneficial
• Experience dealing with vendors is a plus
• Clinical license
• Elsevier CPM Knowledge (Evidence-based interdisciplinary professional practice workflow support)
