Data Modeler/Data Architect who can deliver complex enterprise data solution with comprehensive understanding of Kimball methodology and Data Warehouse design. Create Logical & Physical DB model. Document and communicate database design.

Need a self-starter who has the knowledge in building enterprise wide Data Warehouse, this person will be looking at the existing Warehouse & will come up with an approach on how to rebuild using the existing structures. This person will be working with business & Data Architects to complete this task. What we expect in the end is a Logical & a Physical model for the new DW. Establish and maintain database management systems, standards, guidelines, and QA for database deliverables including conceptual design, logical database, capacity planning, external data interface specification, data loading plan, data maintenance plan and security policy. Document and communicate database design. Evaluate and install database management systems. Code complex programs and derives logical processes on technical platforms. Build windows, screens, and reports. Assist in the design of user interface and business application prototypes. Participate in quality assurance and develops test application code in the client server environment. Determine appropriateness of data for storage and the optimum storage organization. Assist the Data Warehouse Manager with process engineering (definition, training and improvement) for all software development lifecycle processes.

Required Skills:

• Kimball Methodology for Database design, fluent in Dimensions types
• ERWIN Data Modeling tool
• Very well experienced in designing the Data Warehouse from start and must have designed at least 2 data warehouses
